Hello,this bill would affect many local residents who count on the income of short-term rentals in these
economic times of high prices for mortgages,taxes, insurance etc. I personally know of two neighbors
who would be hard pressed to keep their homes if this bill were to pass.
This is not going to make more long-term rentals available in desired vacation nodes it is just going to hurt
homeowners, and vendors engaged in work for them such as cleaners,window washers,yard guys, pest
guys, pool cleaners just to mention a few.
We should be able to use and rent our personal homes as we see fit, not be restricted by overreaching
governmental rules.
Please do not pass this bill!
