Windward and Leeward Planning Commission, I support Bill 121 and would like it even stricter. I am a condo owner and sadly
have to deal with transient renters all the time which means partying and loss of a feel of community.
Also our condo association president, Max Bassler,oh Waikoloa Villas Homeowners Association has written negatively in
response saying he represents the homeowners.This is NOT true.
Please make our community safer,cleaner,quieter,and community minded by not allowing transient rentals.There is not
enough affordable housing and this is the major reason. Please look after our community and not those profiting off this.
