Dear Hawaii County Council,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the consequences of the proposed Bill 121. My wife and I
have been coming to the Big Island annually for years. Our experience has been special and personal
because we have enjoyed the hospitality and special nature of a short-term vacation rental. I realize that
these may not be for everyone, but I guarantee you I would not visit if I am forced into a hotel(as hotels
are also not for everyone!).When a friend told me of a possible loss of this option I felt the need to write
to express my deep concern.
Please allow us to continue to enjoy your wonderful paradise.
