Dear council members,
I am writing in regards to the property tax for owner operated rentals vs. unhosted TARs.
As an owner operator in my primary residence, I feel that it is unfair to be taxed at the same tax rate as an
unhosted TAR.We are a multigenerational family just renting out a few rooms, not an entire
house. Please consider changing this as it would help local people in our same situation tremendously.
