I want to register to be heard! 1,7,73 I consider the board's action of enacting the TAR Bills 121, 122 and 123 another direct attack on th velf te'bf the state tourism industry and a direct attack on the STVR Owners of the state. - Previous STVR taxation and legislation has already been enacted but that didn't satisfy the vultures of the state. I am adamantly opposed to new legislation and especially additional permit and annual fees which will kill the golden goose of tourism in the state of Hawaii Rather than go directly after the problem of abuse and noise and parking and parties in residential neighborhoods, the board is attacking the entire STVR industry as a whole and duplicating rules and regulations YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES to use your corrupted tactics once again to extort monies from you most profitable state industry. Wont you all be happy when the state economy collapses Your tactics are disgusting but of course we owners have no say in any of this scam and you will do whatever you want-hope that works out for you I oppose ALL new STVR legislation Submitting Written Testimony: To ensure timely delivery to Council Members prior to the meeting, written t-stimony I lust bQ-. sub ittW-,ri no i'.:t& r th.;n 12 mr= noon TO/DAY . i nday, J.nu►Nry 22, 2024, by (1) email to of (2) fax (808) 961-8912 or (3) County Clerk's Office, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, HI, 96720.
