Aloha,
Short Term Vacation Rentals(STVRs)are businesses. Residential neighborhoods are not business/commercial districts;these
areas are intended for people who live and work on Hawaii island.
In commercial areas designated for tourist trade accommodations,such as the resorts,SNRs are wonderful,as the Big Island
needs,and welcomes,tourism.
