Subject: Opposed to Bills 121, 122 and 123
I'm a resident of Hawaii Counth and I am opposed to Bills 121, 122 and 123.The elimination of B&B's is a petty bill that attacks
a very minimal number of homes that have gotten approval to operate B&B's.What is the objective and how is this a benefit
to the people of our county? B&B's are not viable as long terms rentals. B&B's contribute to the tax base of Hawaii county and
the state. B&B's contribute through property taxes. B&B's have been present here for many years and exist all across America.
B&B's employ location residents. B&B's are special and allow residents to intimately connect with their guests giving them a
very unique and positive experience.
I oppose all 3 bills 121,122 and 123 and if they are passed it will only make it harder for Hawaii county residents to survive
here.
