Subject: Public comment to County of Hawaii, Bill #121 Ordinance amending Chapter 25
articles 1,4, 5 of County code 1983
I wholeheartedly agree with this amendment and feel that it should go further in regulating short term
rentals in this county.
Also I disagree with comments from Max Bassler of the WaikiLoa Villas Homeowners Association. His
comments as do NOT represent me or many other owner/residents of this association.
