To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing this email in response to bill 121. It would appear that very little thought was given to the far reaching economic
impact this bill would have on our community,the state and the county, not to mention a decline in tourists who like to stay in
short term rentals.. Not only would there be a loss of income form TA and GE taxes to both the state and the county but the
impact to the residents now operating Short Term Vacation rentals would be devastating. In many cases,the economic losses
would be unrecoverable. I strongly urge the county to reevaluate this proposed bill and do a lot more"research".
In short, I oppose the this legislation across the board.
