Subject: Prohibition of group bicycling on Kohala Mountain Road
Dear Council persons,
Rather than prohibiting bicycle groups from riding on the Kohala Mountain Road how about these steps:
1. Enforce speed limit of 35 mph for vehicles—people drive that at 45 to 60 mph regularly.
2. Improve shoulders with minimum of 3 foot shoulder 4 to 5 feet is better like the Akoni Pule highway
