I am submitting testimony against Bill 125.Our roads are unsafe for cyclists, pedestrians, mopeds, etc.The Kohala Mountain
Road and Akoni Pule Highway are especially known for devastating traffic accidents.
instead,the council should be focused on improving our roads for alternative measures of transportation.
It is appalling how many accidents and fatalities there are involving cyclists and pedestrians.
Once again, I am writing an opposition to Bill 125.
