Subject: Testimony for Bill 25
Please do not allow bike tours on unsafe roads with blind curves and no shoulders such as the road to Poluu.
They are dangerous enough for cars with no place to safely pull over in event of emergency.These are
highways.
These are our only roads.This sets a precedent for other areas on the island that should not be used for bike
or hiking tours.They need to stay on the backroads that are safer.
