Aloha,
I'm testifying because we need multiple routes out of lower Puna. Let's learn from the lessons of Lahaina and their lack of
egress.Thousands of people live and work in lower puna and it's only growing.We need to find options by doing a
comprehensive study on traffic management and alternative routes. Not learning all options is similar to burning books! Let's
educate! Puna Strong!
