Aloha, I'm sorry but after reading more regarding this bill I would like to change my testimony. I have read
that the proposed plan involves a route through Hawaiian Homelands. I oppose this bill using land that
the beneficiaries do not approve of. I oppose bill 107. Please find an alternate route.

The area does not have sufficient water resources to manage a wildfire
the area has a lot of unmanaged land area of trees and foliage
