Subject: Oppose Bill 107
I oppose Bill 107,to fund PMAR study that may consider a route through our Hawaiian Homestead
Community in Pana'ewa.
Department of Hawaiian Homelands(DHHL) beneficiaries and the DHHL land inventory have already
been imposed on enough taking on the county wastewater facility,the county dump site,the airport, the
Keaukaha Military Reserve(KMR), and the Waiakea Shopping Center and the Prince Kuhio Plaza within
the community. -
To suggest adding even more traffic to an already stressed community will only result in further harming
our already fragile community.WE HAVE GIVEN ENOUGH! NOW ITS TIME FOR OTHER COMMUNTIES TO
SHARE IN THE LOAD.
