East Hawaii HHL trust lands have borne the brunt of commercial and industrial endeavours over the years. It isn't fair to homesteaders to add a major thoroughfare to the mix. DHHL has suggested the consideration of an alternative route in their testimony for Bill 107. I also firmly believe the scope;of the PMAR study needs to be expanded to include the creation of alternative routes that connect Highway 11/Puna mauka and makai. Mayor Roth and Director Pause need to seek additional funds to widen the scope NJ `( of this study. r yr Sincerely, 4s Aaron Stene Aaron Stene aaron.m.stene@gmail.com 808-333-0996 Comm. No. • b Ref.
