Proposed Amendments to Bill No. 131; an Ordinance Amending Ordinance
No. 23-5 1, as Amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof
for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.
Please see the below proposed amendments to Bill No. 131. The proposed amendments are
illustrated in Rarnseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 131; material to be deleted
is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored.
1. Bill No. 131 is amended by adding a new section to read as follows:
"SECTION 3. The policy directive set forth in Resolution No. 416-24 is hereby
incorporated."
2. Bill No. 131 is amended by renumbering SECTION 3 to SECTION 4, as follows:
"SECTION [3-.14. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval."
Due to the limited scope of these amendments, a draft of this bill that would result if these
proposed amendments are adopted, is not attached.
