I am pleased to nominate Ceci Davenport of District 9 to the Liquor Control Adjudication Board.
Ceci Davenport holds a degree in Architecture from Marymount Palos Verdes College and
completed a major in Paralegal from Merit College. She worked as a manager for Westfield
Corporation for nine years,handling dispositions and acquisitions and working closely with both
US and Australian management. Additionally, she served as the director of marketing sales at
Sunkist Growers for several years.
In 2012, Ceci began working as a real estate broker for Kohala Coast Properties after relocating
to Waimea. If confirmed, she will serve a term ending December 31, 2028.
