SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 424-24; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account for Various `Ike Pono
Intersession Programs in the Hamakua-North/South Hilo District.
Please see the below proposed amendments to Resolution No. 424-24. The proposed
amendments are illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution
No. 424-24; material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is
underscored.
The fourth WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds for [musie,]
the purchase of musical supplies such as ukulele music sheet binders and stands
technological[,] supplies, such as one photo printer, one LED smart TV and supportive mobile
equipment, and arts -and -crafts supplies, such as Polymer and Premo baking clay and supportive
equipment beads luggage tags key chain rings, etc for its [varietts] Summer `Ike Pono
Intersession programs in the Hamakua-North/South Hilo districts; now, therefore,"
Due to the limited scope of the proposed amendments, a copy of the draft of this resolution, that
would result if the amendments are adopted, is not attached.
