REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: February 6, 2024 Re: Comm.No. 703/Bill No. 129 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 2:01 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 129, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 129,transmitted by Finance Director Diane Nakagawa via Communication No. 703 dated <br /> January 19, 2024, amends Ordinance No. 23-50, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of <br /> Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the State Grants—Transit-Oriented Development Capital Improvement <br /> Projects for Kukuiola Village 9 account($400,000); and appropriates the same to Transit-Oriented <br /> Development Capital Improvement Projects for Kukuiola Village 9 account.
