SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 424-24, Draft 2; A Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account for Various 'Ike Pono
Intersession Programs in the Hdmdkua-North/South Hilo District.
Transmitted herewith is Resolution No. 424-24, Draft 2. Resolution No. 424-24 was amended by
the contents of Communication No. 707. 1, as duly approved by the Council during its meeting
on February 7, 2024.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 424-24, as amended to Draft 2.
