Subject:Testimony in support of Bill 109
I am testifying in support of Bill 109. I believe that the County Council should be afforded more oversight over the
Administrative Branch when making decisions on filling certain appointed positions.These appointees invariably serve as
the face of government for individuals and communities in their normal daily affairs and should be more representative
of the communities that they serve and not special interests.
