CDC statistics for 2021 state the expected lifespan in Hawaii is 80.7 years.
You propose a fixed rate property tax for those 85 years old. Have you considered the ludicrous
message you are sending to your constituents?
If you feel compelled to pass a Bill like this, then, at a bare minimum, make it less preposterous:
age 75 ,even 80?
