Please support Bill 127
Bill 127 mandates the Planning Director to specify a timeframe for the completion of all conditions of approval in each
change of zone ordinance.This proposal follows the Council's approval of Bill 194 last year, ensuring that initial
extensions of time for change of zone ordinances undergo a public process before Council consideration.
This is a very valuable step forward.
