Subject: Bill 127 and Bill 128
Aloha,
I would like to voice my support for both Bill 127 and Bill 128.
Regarding Bill 127, it is crucial that the Planning Director is required to provide a
timeframe for the completion.
•
Regarding Bill 128, it makes sense that a developer is required to obtain approval before
excess credits are being transferred, especially due to all the issues that have come up.
