Dear County Council Members,
I support this bill 100%. After my friend Shannon Matson's Father was
killed by a pack of unleashed dogs, I was in total shock. What a terrifying
death. This could happen to any of us at any time. We need to take action
to reduce the probability of this ever happening again.
I can speak for the Board of Recycle Hawaii. We all support Resolution 430-
24.
