Subject: Dangerous dogs loose In Ocean View
I have lived in Ocean View on Walaka Drive between King Kamehameha Boulevard and Tiki Lane for more than three
years.Two blocks makai/down Walaka Dr toward the highway there are always a variety of mixed pitbull dogs
of mixed brown and white coloring running loose completely unattended. Some of them bark viciously and chase/
attack my car!! I should not have to change the route I drive because there are dangerous dogs on my street. I certainly
would never attempt to go for a walk.There are a couple of properties on that block(The first block mauka of
Orchid) littered with dead cars and trash and deplorable living conditions. It is obvious the pet owners take no
responsibility whatsoever for their dogs..This is just one tiny pocket of our subdivision that has Dangerous dogs running
loose.We would all love to see animal control round up these dogs and Fine the Negligent owners substantially.
