Aloha Honorable County Council.' am in total support of Billy 131-24,thank you Councilwoman Kierkiewicz for drafting
this Bill and understanding the emergency for this measure for the Puna District.) believe upper and lower Puna roads
need to be re-established and the funding for this study will create the progress needed in determining solutions to this
obvious problem our community is facing.Our safety is of utmost concern and although I feel we need infrastructure in
Puna to create a better quality of life for the whole East side,) know it starts with improving the traffic problems,thank
