Aloha,
This study aligns with the county's commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all of
Hawaii's residents and communities.
I am a survivor of Leilani and know what it's like to have only one way in an emergency.
We, the people of Puna, deserve some help down here since we pay taxes too.
After all, it's a study, nothing more. Rep. Illigan worked long and hard to obtain the cash and you are on the
verge of disrespect by turning it away so coldly.
Do the right thing for us, as you do for every other part of the island.
