Aloha,
I'm writing to show support for bill 131-24. I live in Hawaiian Beaches neighborhood and commute to work on our overly
congested highway to Hilo.We have needed an alternative route for over a decade already.And by the time studies are
done and a potential second road is created it'll likely be another decade before lower puna gets the relief of a second
route! Our population has exploded in the last 20yrs,and all indications that it will continue growing exponentially.
Please expedite this process and bring relief to Puna with a second route.
