i am in support Bill 131-24. I am a 62 year old man living in Pahoa. I have HIV and require regular injections for
treatment. Traveling to and from Hilo can be a complete nightmare for regular treatment. I have missed PT
appointments due to traffic making me late even though I left with what should have been plenty of
time. Please pass this bill to help make my already difficult life a bit easier.
