Aloha my name is Cindy Conda and I live in what's left in Kapoho. I was blessed to have my road done a year after the
flow. A huge concern for this corner of the world is no other access if an emergency comes. Not just for me but all of
Puna. I know we live on an island and Puna has paid there fair share of taxes.We deserve another road. Puna is growing
