Aloha,
I am writing this testimony to show that I am in favor of Bill 131. Puna Alternate Routes.With the influx of people moving
to Puna the traffic to and from Hilo has become a real issue. If there were to be an emergency where people had to
evacuate we would be in big trouble. PLEASE CONSIDER THE SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY Hill Mahalo!
