Please pass the funding for the study of alternate routes from Puna to Hilo. This is not only to ease traffic congestion but
for serious safety and emergency considerations as well. The alternate routes being considered would only be from Puna
to the outskirts of Hilo. This would not involve Hawaiian Homelands.
