Aloha Hawaii County Council Chair Kimball and Council Members,
I am writing in support of passing Bill 131 to secure funding for a Puna Alternate Routes Study. The people of
Puna suffer traffic congestion on a daily basis awaiting relief that is long overdue. This study is the next step
towards making this idea of relief a reality.
I urge the Council to pass Bill 131 and secure funding for a Puna Alternate Routes Study.
