Subject: Bill 131-24
This bill should be passed as it is merely a study and nothing more. Research is necessary for any
progress.A written study will not negatively impact any existing alternate route opposition (like DHHL
and private land owners for example) or concerns but rather provide an opportunity to include and
analyze such said concerns.The existing infrastructure and population have out grown themselves and
must be reevaluated immediately.
This is my testimony to pass bill 131-24.
