Subject: Bill 131-24 puna alternate route
I live in lower puna on papaya farms road and am very much in favor of beginning the process of eventually building an
alternative route to enter and exit from here to the rest of the island.
The idea that the funding to begin a study for the alternate route has been available for two years or more and not acted
upon isshameful,
Please begin this initial step immediately before the funding expires.
