Aloha Council Chair Kimball and Council Members:
I am pleased to nominate Wayne Perrin of District 5 to the Fire Commission.
Wayne is a graduate of Wai`anae High School and has been an active member of the Hawai`i
community throughout his life. He began his career in construction as a laborer and worked his
way up to become a general foreman with four different companies.
Wayne has been a resident of Hawai`i for 62 years and in 2021, he was appointed as the Hawai`i
Island Representative for the Hawai`i Operator Engineers Individual Stabilization Fund. If
confirmed, he will serve a term ending December 31, 2027.
