I am pleased to nominate Brian Kangas of District 9 to the Leeward Planning Commission.
Brian's journey to Hawai`i began five years ago when he and his family decided to relocate to
Kohala, Hawaii. He is the founder and owner of Kind Homes LLC, where he serves as a general
contractor.
Previously, Brian dedicated over two decades of his life to serving as a Pastor in Oregon. His
unwavering dedication to serving others, coupled with his leadership skills and integrity, make
him a valuable asset. If confirmed, he will serve a term ending December 31, 2027.
