Aloha Council Chair Kimball and Council Members:
In accordance with the County Charter Section 13-4 (c), I submit Ms. Lisa McNamarra for
reappointment to the Board of Appeals.
Ms. McNamarra filled the remainder of a term resignation and is now eligible to serve a 5-year
term.
As noted previously, Ms. McNamarra is a lifelong resident of Hawai`i and offers a background
in Hawai`i Real Estate and Land Title Research. She has volunteered countless hours to various
community organizations and most recently served on the County of Hawai`i, Committee on
Aging. If confirmed, she will serve a term ending December 31, 2028.
