Re: Request for presentation regarding ARPA State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds
(SLFRF) encumbrance and expenditure.
I respectfully request 30 minutes on the March 19, 2024, agenda for a brief presentation from the
Department of Research and Development regarding the ARPA State and Local Fiscal Recovery
Funds (SLFRF)plans.
This presentation would lay out the timeline and expected funding from the SLFRF previously
appropriated by the Council.
Please refer this to the appropriate Committee.
