Aloha!
I strongly support resolution 430 and encourage the state to align with county code and hold dog owners accountable.
I have personally been bit by a pitbul who was on a chain that was too long. Had the owners just reduced the length of
the chain to keep the dog away from the street,the bite would not have happened. I am just thankful my children were
not with me.
If there are no repercussions,we cannot trust that dog owners will keep others safe.
Please help to keep the island safe and consider passing resolution 430. ; -
