To whom it may concern,.
We are residents of the county of Hawaii, and whole-heartedly support much stiffer
penalties for people who neglect their dogs or allow their dangerous dogs to run wild.
We have friends who have been chased by "crazy" dogs as they bike the island, and
were truly fearful for their lives. These wild dogs give our island a bad reputation, and
make both residents and visitors feel unsafe.
