I appreciate the way that opposition from residents in Pana'ewa and Keaukaha was incorporated as Resolution 416-
24. This demonstrates this council's continuing sensitivity to the needs of those of Hawaiian ancestry.
I urge the Council to maintain this spirit of transparency and sensitivity in approving this no-nonsense study to begin to
figure out the PMAR.
