Dear Council Members:
I live in the large new kipuka on highway 132. My dear friends Jennifer and Delan (Rusty) Perry live about a mile away
from me across the lava. Jenny is struggling to keep her husband at home with her for as long as possible as he descends
into advanced Alzheimer's disease. When she calls us for help it takes almost half an hour for us to get to her through
the circuitous rocky roads to her farm. Please advance this grant so they and their neighbors can have safe quick access
to the highway and their community.
