Re: Transmitting Resolution No. 435-24, Draft 2; a Resolution Transferring/Appropriating an
Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund Account and Crediting Same to a
Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to The Arc of Hilo for the 3rd Annual King
Kamehameha's Awesome Athletes Inclusive Canoe Race.
Attached please find Resolution No. 435-24, Draft 2. Resolution No. 435-24 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 725.01 and duly approved by the Council on February 21,
2024.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution on final reading,
and adopted Resolution No. 435-24, as amended to Draft 2.
