Chapter 2, article 7 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as <br /> amended) is amended by adding a new section to be appropriately designated and to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 2- . Semiannual reports. <br /> (a) The planning director shall provide reports to the council relating to the activities of <br /> each six-month period from January through June and July through December of <br /> each year. Reports shall be submitted to the council within thirty calendar days <br /> following the end of each six-month period. <br /> (b) Each report shall include any property for which: <br /> (1) A change of zone ordinance has expired without completion of all conditions; <br /> (2) An initial time extension has been granted; <br /> (3) Applications have been approved for zoning variances, subdivision variances, <br /> subdivisions, ohana dwelling permits, nonsignificant zoning changes, plan <br /> approvals of telecommunications antennas, or additional farm dwelling <br /> agreements; or <br /> (4) The planning director has the sole authority to grant the right to build. <br /> £c) Each report shall contain: <br /> (1) The tax map key(s) for each property; <br /> (2) The property zoning district at the time of the application; <br /> (3) The property size; <br /> (4) The property address; <br /> (5) The name or names of the property owner(s); <br /> (6) The name of the agent or representative responsible for the application, if <br /> different from the property owner; <br /> (7) A statement indicating if the approval was granted as the result of the failure <br /> of the applicant to complete required actions; <br /> (8) In the case of variances, the provision(s) of chapter 23 or chapter 25, for <br /> which the variance is sought; <br /> (9) In the case of nonsignificant zoning change applications, the new zoning <br /> district resulting from the nonsignificant zoning change; <br /> (10) The date of expiration for the approval of the application, if applicable; or, if <br /> the director has not set a date of expiration,the report shall so indicate; <br />
