2-4; and Article 4, Sections 4-4-31, 4-4-34, and 4-4-35, of the Hawai`i County
Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), relating to the Animal Control and
Protection Agency.
Attached please find a bill for an Ordinance Amending Chapter 4, Article 1, Section 4-1-1;
Article 2, Section 4-2-4; and Article 4, Sections 4-4-31, 4-4-34, and 4-4-35, of the Hawai`i
County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), to Clarify Provisions and Amend Definitions
relating to the Animal Control and Protection Agency.
