SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 8)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council (BIRCDC) for the purchase of citric acid to control the coqui frog
infestation in Council District 8.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$5,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
