SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 449-24, Draft 2; a Resolution Demonstrating
the Aloha Spirit and Fostering Peace, Diplomacy, and Unity within the
County of Hawaii, the State of 1-lawai'i, and Beyond.
Attached please find Resolution No. 449-24, Draft 2. During its meeting on March 5, 2024, the
Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs amended Resolution No. 449-24
with the contents of Communication No. 754.01, resulting in this Draft 2, which was then
forwarded to the Council with a favorable recommendation.
